Sarah Michelle Gellar was likely immortalized by her role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It seems impossible to imagine anyone playing that TV series role now, but Gellar.

Of course, Gellar herself would surely tell you there's lots more to her than her Buffy days-- but she didn't really need anything more for an entire generation of TV viewers to go heads-over-heels crazy over her.

Like virtually all her other fans, I don't know much more about Gellar herself than what I've seen of her in her various TV and film roles. Plus her appearances on Saturday Night Live, among other things. But I have the strong impression she's an extraordinary woman (besides being beautiful), and that her husband (Freddie Prinze, Jr.) is one damn lucky man.

Keep in mind Freddie that if you screw this up, there's about four billion men on the planet who'd love to steal Sarah Michelle away from you!
